Collection

Did you know you can collect your order from our showroom? Just choose the collection option when you check out.

Please bring a suitable vehicle to collect your items. Note that many of our items are heavy and require at least two people to move safely.

Your order will be ready to collect up to 2 hours after ordering. Please note that the latest time for collection is 3.30pm.

We offer a 3 year guarantee against UV protection for all plastic sections. The stem/trunk contains natural wood, so we recommend yearly treatment to keep them looking great for years to come.
