Our goal is to reduce the amount of time you have to spend maintaining your garden so you have more time to enjoy it. Whether you’re looking for a new ground covering, a new structural element, or something to add decorative flair, there’s plenty of choice in our catalogue. Choose your material, finish and colour, and get the right product to fit your space.

You’ve fallen in love with one of our products and you're ready to order. What now? You can either order directly from the website, or you can give us a call to place your order over the phone. If you have any questions about your order, we’ll be happy to answer them.

I need someone to install it for me

We have a whole army of enthusiastic Approved Installers ready and waiting to make your garden dreams come true. These are professional installers who understand our products inside and out, and who have a proven record of doing an absolutely banging job. Just fill out the form and we’ll connect you with the best person for the job.

I want to install it myself - can I?

We’ve created some detailed, easy-to-follow installation guides for our products that are designed to be used by anyone and everyone. However, for complex projects we recommend hiring a pro unless you have a lot of experience doing this kind of thing yourself.

FAQs

I’ve placed my order - what happens next?

We’ll send you an email confirming your order. Then your order will go to our lovely logistics department, who will get in touch a minimum of 2 working days prior to your delivery. Because we keep all of our products in stock here in our UK warehouse, we can ship and deliver your order really quickly, usually within 2 - 7 working days of ordering.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We understand you may have made a mistake in your order or simply changed your mind. To change or cancel your order before delivery, just give our team a call and have your order number ready. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue. If you want to change or return your order after your order has been delivered, you will need to request a refund (see below).

What happens on the delivery day?

We’ll need you to be at your delivery address to receive your order. 

The delivery vehicle used will depend on the size and weight of your order. We’ll need to be able to stop our delivery vehicle outside your property, so please ensure there are no other vehicles or obstacles preventing us from doing so. We’ll also need to know if there are any significant obstacles that may prevent the vehicle from accessing the property, including steps, low-hanging trees, overgrown hedges or shrubbery, steep driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends, etc.

Our deliveries will be carried out by a single-man multi-drop driver. Many of our products are heavy, bulky and awkward to move, so please be ready to assist in unloading your product into your storage place. If you’re unable to assist yourself, you may want to rope in a burly friend to help.

Delivery is to the nearest curb side immediately adjacent to their vehicle; the driver is not necessarily permitted to enter your premises. Delivery drivers are often happy to take items on to your property upon request but this is at their discretion and can’t be guaranteed. This is the case especially if you live in a block of flats or offices, where carriers will only deliver to the ground floor entrance.

My order’s been delivered and there’s something wrong or missing

If there’s something wrong with your order (i.e. it is damaged or does not match the description) or if there is an item missing from your order, get in touch with us as soon as possible by phone or email so we can sort this out quickly. 

I want to return my order for a refund

If you want to return your order, but there’s nothing wrong with it (as above), you’ll need to request a refund. For more info, please read our Refund Policy.

How do I store my stuff while I’m waiting to install?

For many of our products, it’s very important that you store them on a completely flat surface to prevent damage. We advise keeping them in their original packaging until ready to use. More info on storage can be found in our installation guides.
