Important delivery information

Please read this information in advance of your delivery and let us know if you have any concerns.

  • Delivery will be made to the nearest curbside to your property, as drivers are not necessarily permitted to enter your premises. Delivery drivers are often happy to assist moving your items onto your property upon request - however, this is at the driver’s discretion and can not be guaranteed.

  • Due to the size of some delivery vehicles, we must be informed of any restrictions regarding access to the delivery address. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • steps
  • any overhanging / low trees / shrubs
  • steep driveways
  • narrow lanes, tight bends or any other restrictions that may make it difficult for the delivery vehicle to gain access to the point of delivery.

  • Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect your order to ensure all items have been delivered and no items are damaged. If you notice any issues with your order, please inform the driver and notify the sales team on 0115 684 8754  immediately.

  • We recommend you arrange delivery in good time prior to your project commencing. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your delivery / order, this will allow us time to rectify any problem before any potential delays with tradesmen occur.

Delivery pricing

Delivery pricing depends on the product type, the total order value, and the delivery address. Note that if your order combines multiple products, multiple delivery charges will not apply (the higher delivery charge will be applicable).

How much is delivery?

The cost of delivery depends on the type of product, the total order value and the delivery address. Please see the delivery prices table below for a full breakdown of delivery costs.

Can I collect from your warehouse?

Yes, you can collect from our warehouse between 8am and 3.30pm. We recommend ordering over the phone or via the website prior to arrival to ensure we have your items ready to collect.

Can you do next day delivery?

Yes, we can arrange next day delivery - however, additional delivery charges may apply. Please contact us on 0115 684 8754 if you would like to discuss this option.

Do you use third party couriers?

We have our own fleet of delivery vehicles and drivers so will always aim to complete your delivery ourselves. We may use third party couriers on occasions when it is not suitable to send our own vehicles.

Do you deliver on a specific day?

When placing your order, please inform the sales team of any specific delivery requirement. We cannot guarantee we’ll be able to meet your requirements - however, we will always aim to fulfil your requirements where possible.

What are your lead times?

  • Our standard delivery time is 2 to 7 working days anytime between the hours of 8am and 8pm (zone 7 – 2 to 14 working days)
  • Samples packs are sent Royal Mail 2nd class

How do I arrange delivery after I’ve placed my order?

Once your order has been processed with our sales team, it will be passed over to our delivery team, who will call you to book the delivery within the specified lead times. Please inform us of any access problems or parking restrictions to avoid any issues with your delivery.

How will my order arrive?

Due to the varying weights and sizes of our products, the delivery method will vary to accommodate. We always aim to fulfil deliveries using our own delivery vehicles and drivers to ensure we can offer the best service.

Composite products

All composite products will be delivered on either a long-wheelbase van or HGV. The products will need to be unloaded by hand (hand-balled) off the vehicle.

Artificial grass products

All artificial grass rolls will be delivered on either a long-wheelbase van or HGV. The products will need to be unloaded by hand (hand-balled) off the vehicle.

Porcelain paving products

All paving will be delivered on a pallet via a HGV. The products will be unloaded via a tail lift and a pump truck.

Parcel products (artificial plant walls, artificial plants, accessories)

All parcel products will be delivered in a van. This may be our own vehicle or a third party parcel courier.

How should I prepare for my delivery?

In order to complete your delivery as smoothly as possible please ensure that

  • Adequate space is available for the items to be stored at your property
  • Access is suitable to accommodate the relevant vehicle(s)
  • You are contactable via telephone on the day of your delivery
  • Someone is on site to assist the driver with unloading and sign for the goods

Failure to comply with the above may result in re-delivery charges.

Can I return my order?

If you have changed your mind or are unhappy with the products, you may return the products for a refund. Please contact our sales team on 0115 684 8754 within 14 days of receiving your order. They will provide you with a returns form. You will have a further 14 days to return items back to our warehouse. Items will need to be returned in their full original packaging and will be inspected on arrival back to our warehouse.
