Case study: A luxury lawn for a new-build home

Case study: A luxury lawn for a new-build home

This stunning installation features a lush artificial grass lawn, raised decking with steps and a fancy sunken hot tub.

The client: A property developer.

The brief: The client wanted a beautiful, luxurious garden to complement his new-build house on this expansive patch of land. The garden had to be low-maintenance, safe and fun for the kids, and provide a stunning space for entertaining friends.

The products: This garden features Premium decking in Walnut. Bullnose boards were used for the steps leading down to the lawn. The artificial grass is Wembley 40mm.

Features: The installer has created a cool herringbone pattern with the decking boards, which is a great way to add visual interest without using multiple colours.

There's a sunken hot tub and a sunken seating area built from composite decking.

The garden also features a glass balustrade system and stone cladding (not supplied by us).

Challenges: To achieve the perfect herringbone effect, the subframe had to be carefully thought out prior to installation.
