This poolside decking looks effortless because our capped polymer board is doing all the hard work.
Client testimonial: "We had Paul come back to build this deck after building a smaller one earlier on in the year - he really showed his professionalism then to trust him with this project. I requested aluminium framing on this to make sure the frame would not be compromised with the chlorine in the water splashing on the deck. Paul was happy to oblige, and suggested the Premium decking boards. Being a capped product, they will withstand the hardship of the weather, the chemicals and the traffic from use of the pool by the whole family. I cannot be happier with the finish, the product and the professionalism Paul and the team possessed in this build. I will recommend Gower Composite Decking and Select products to friends and family happily. Great product at a great price."
The installer: Gower Composite Decking
The brief: Chlorine is a must for nice clean pool, but what does it do to your decking? It's a harsh chemical (that's why we shower after swimming) that can leave residue behind when it dries.
Water pooling and chlorine damage can make poolside decking a challenge. Timber and uncapped boards will be stained by splashed chlorine over time. The client needed a board that could withstand daily pool use without discolouration or damage.
The products: Capped composite boards are the perfect product for poolside decking. The client chose Premium decking (in dark grey) to do the job.
Features: This little sun trap is the perfect place to hang out on summer days. The pool is ready for friends, family, kids and dogs (who are we to judge?) to enjoy.
And the decking will continue to look great and perform brilliantly, even with all that splish-splashing around.
Inset spotlights have been added to keep the party going into the dark hours.
