Antique Composite Slatted Garden Fence with Concrete Post Adaptor
I've got the lived-in charm of timber that's weathered a few good summers, with that soft, characterful, been-here-a-while look but I've skipped the part where wood actually falls apart. No rot, no splinters, no greying into a sorry state.
And I'm the slatted one, so I bring that character with real structure. Clean horizontal lines, crisp shadow-gaps down the run, and an aged warmth that meets a contemporary form (the sort of fence that looks like it belongs to a garden that's been styled, not just enclosed).
And here's my party trick; I slot straight into your existing concrete posts. No digging, no ripping up the borders, no starting from scratch. If you've got the standard concrete post-and-gravel-board setup that half of Britain's gardens are built on, my adaptor drops me right in. A tired timber panel upgraded to composite in an afternoon. On a few of the heights the adaptor comes a touch long so it fits every post, a quick trim with an aluminium blade on a chop saw will do the trick.
Need me short? Tall? Somewhere in between? I come in six heights; 0.3m, 0.6m, 0.9m, 1.2m, 1.5m and 1.8m, so you can run a low border, raise a full privacy screen, or step me neatly down a sloping boundary. Stack me, mix me, tailor me to your garden's line.
Give me the occasional wash with warm soapy water and I'll keep looking sharp for years. That's the entire maintenance routine. No treating, no painting, no fuss.
